Paradee is nestled between two stunning coastlines at the southern tip of Koh Samet, an unspoiled tropical island in the Gulf of Thailand. As part of the Koh Samet National Park, the island is an area of outstanding natural beauty, just a 3-hour drive from Bangkok.
We can provide VIP transfer from Bangkok’s International Airports to Jadet pier in Rayong Province, where you take a 15 minutes ride in our speed boat across the Gulf of Thailand to our secluded location on Ao Kiew Beach.
GETTING HERE
Rayong is the Eastern gateway to the North and Northeastern part of Thailand. As such, there are many regular bus services connecting Rayong and Bangkok.
Buses from Bangkok to Rayong depart regularly from Ekamai Eastern Bus Terminal (near BTS Ekamai station) and Minibus Station (at Chatuchak) to Ban Phe, Rayong .
From Ekamai, two bus service providers are Cherdchai Tour and Krua Kun Pa. The bus from Cherdchai tour operates everyday starting from 7.00 - 18.30 continuously (Tel. 02-391-2804).
Mini bus from Krua Kun Pa starts from 7.30 - 20.00, (Tel. 062-859-3065).
From Minibus Station (at Chatuchak), PP minibus operates every day from 4.30 - 14.30 continuously (Tel. 080-446-4128).

Rayong is roughly 200 km southeast of Bangkok. There are several different routes to drive between Bangkok and Rayong. The most popular route starts from Bangna-Rayong Road (Highway No.34) via Bang Phli and Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan province and Highway No.3 at km 70. The total distance is approximately 220 km.
If guests are coming from a different direction, please type in Google Maps application, 'Ao Prao Pier.' For Paradee guests, please type 'Jadet Pier,' which is located beside Ao Prao Pier. Our piers are exclusively for Samed Resorts Group's guests only.

Pattaya – Rayong – Ban Phe – Koh Samet
Duration: approximately 2 hours
Price: Pattaya – Rayong approx. 100 baht, Rayong – Ban Phe approx. 50 baht
Timetable: every 30 minutes
You can take the public bus from Pattaya to Rayong roughly every 30 minutes from the corner of Sukhumvit Neua road in Pattaya. This bus will cost around 100 baht and will bring you to Rayong.
In Rayong you need to take a Songthaew to Ban Phe port from where you can take the ferry to Koh Samet, this Songthaew should be around 25-30 Baht per person. -
Minivan from Pattaya to Ban Phe (Rayong)
Duration: 1 hour
Price: 200-300 baht
There are several minivans that can bring you from Pattaya directly to the Pier at Ban Phe in approximately one hour. The tickets should be around 200-300 baht and can be bought at any travel agency in Pattaya. -
Taxi from Pattaya to Ban Phe (Rayong)
Duration: 1 hour
Price: 1000-1500 baht
It is easy to hail a taxi on the streets in Pattaya for around 1000-1500 baht. They can bring you to the pier at Ban Phe.
The nearest airport to Koh Samet is U-Tapao, about 45 km from Ban Phe. There are limited flights on Bangkok Airways, Thai Air Asia, and Thai Lion Air to and from U-Tapao, namely into and out of Chiangmai, Koh Samui, and Phuket.
